Clean lovely hotel close to everything plan to re book a third visit Great staff Clean rooms Fantastic stay More food options for me would be my only ask then I am the fussier type haha More fruit in the morning …especially bananas please 🙏

Rooms/bathroom are clean and are average-good However the food/drink needs to be improved, I wouldn't advise going all inclusive for the food , id advise to book based on a cheap price for good location, reasonably clean rooms and drinks included, thats about it.

Stayed at Cihanturk a couple of times staff are lovely and look after you well hotels in a perfect location Cleanliness at the pool area could of been better floor was very sticky and lots of ants Rooms at the hotel are in need of refurb

Hotel was dirty. Got given the wrong room. Towels ripped, toilet flush broken and matress stained. No amenities at all in the room apart from fridge. Air con on its last stages of life. When complained hotel does not care. Do not book and stay away.

Best location, 3 mns walking distance to Marmaris beach. Shops, Restaurant's, cafe, Shopping mall & Bars Surrounding area. Rooms, bathroom enough space & also clean. No wifi in room only lobby area. Small Swimming pool get crowded easily. No tea & coffee facilities in room. Breakfast not enough choices need to be improve. All inclusive not worth.

Not what it seems, looks are deceiving
Overall stay at this hotel was fine, room service was very poor, room was cleaned twice out of a 5night stay, towels changed once, shower very poor, beds were very very worn, a/c was on its last legs and barely worked, dinner and breakfast was the same for 4days, got so bored.

worst hotel the toilet button was broken 3 days in a row, the 1 first day they put cotton wool and they said it was done, the rooms were not clean and had my ring stolen and do nothing about it , got no compensation but had to pay 700 lira to be there after the clock 16, the food was the worst and was not clean pool, we didn't swim at all, bad services in the hotel and a very arrogant manager who doesn't help, will never recommend this hotel

First of all, apart from the toilet issue, all your comments are fake and lie. Our rooms are cleaned daily, if the smart sensor is followed, this is followed (I want cleaning or I do not want to be disturbed). The request to extend the room is even though we give a discount, and it is pathetic that you lie about the time until 16.00. After 500 TL, you stayed until 19.00, is it true? We do not feel the need to respond to your other comment. Finally, it is unacceptable for you to put the responsibility on the hotel, as in every hotel, even though you have knowledge of the safety deposit box for your valuables. We reserve all our rights for all the lies you write.Thanks.

Hyggelig hotell med god beliggenhet
Greit hotell med god beliggenhet i Marmaris. Hyggelig betjening og grei frokost. Romslig rom med stor veranda (hjørnerom). Imøtekommende personale.
