「The elevator hadn't been working for days before we arrived. We were on the 5th floor so had to walk up each time. They kept saying it would be working the next day. We were supposed to stay for 5 nights but cancelled the last night due to the stairs. I have knee and ankle issues. When we checked in, the first person at the desk was very rude and didn't have my full reservation. You had to ask for towels, any other services had to be asked for such as cleaning of bathroom.
