The space
This studio takes a classical hotel room and elevates the space into a cozy, New York City-style studio! Complete with light touches of artwork and greenery, this location has the pleasant feel of an elegant apartment. Upon entry, the raised, foam-mattress, king-sized bed is the most impressive feature of the suite. The above-average sized area also comfortably fits a desk, trendy bedside chair, and well-placed television, perfectly situated for people to relax and watch beloved shows and movies! To the right of the bedroom is a bright bathroom with a tiled, walk-in shower, and to the left is a kitchen area with a bar-top, wall-installed table and two chairs. The compact refrigerator, convection oven/air fryer, hot plates, and other kitchen amenities provide a great space for guests who want to make a few meals on their own to mix things up while on vacation!

Guest access
The entire apartment is yours exclusively. Enter via your own private entrance off the patio. The outside of the building and patio area is common space and will have other people walking by. :)
Other things to note
Pet Policy: pets are permitted with our pet fee. Make sure your pet is accounted for in your booking details to have the fee automatically added to your total.
We request that pets are not allowed on the furniture, or on our linens/towels.

Pets are not to be left unattended in the unit unless they have a crate to stay in.

Parking: Our parking lot is very tight, and first come first serve. There is also free street parking nearby if our lot is full or that is more comfortable to you.
