「We have stayed in five different rentals in this area and this was by far the most spacious and cleanest. Lots of little extras and everything needed was offered. Outside eating area we shared with our our son and daughter who live in Midpines. And the place was so clean and just perfect. 」

「There was NO communication using the VRBO app. Three messages sent over three different days, very disappointing. Once in the unit there was a number and that individual communicated quickly. Unit was overall clean, but the washer had to be cleaned before use and there was a lot of leftover food including open cereal boxes, old mayonnaise, mustard, ice cream, gross. "部屋は広くて比較的清潔。レンジと大きめの冷蔵庫あり。ヘアドライヤーは無かった。ユニットバスは浴槽がかなり広かった。ボディソープは無くシャンプーも切れていたので、そこは減点対象。朝食メニューは他の施設とあまり変わらないがワッフルメーカー、ゆで卵、ソーセージあり。コーヒーとジュースは朝食以外の時間帯でも自由に入れることができた（深夜帯はロビーが施錠されていて入れず）。夜も比較的静かでした。総合的に、値段の割に非常に快適に過ごすことができました。"
