"The front desk, restaurant and valet staff were excellent. Hotel is beautiful. We had an upgraded room so it was nice. 5 stars for all that. 1 star for housekeeping. Sometimes they made the bed, sometimes they didn't. Sometimes they took the used towels, sometimes they didn't. Sometimes they left a chocolate and a bottle of water, sometimes two, sometimes none. We were there 4 nights. Ate the chips on the first night. They never bothered to bring more. Some of them were friendly, some seemed angry. We had one washcloth our entire stay. My cousin stayed in a different room. Couldn't sleep for two nights because the HVAC was making clicking noise all night long. They finally moved him to another room which had a half full cup of coffee on the dresser when he got there Even though housekeeping said it had been cleaned and inspected. Housekeeping is a problem. It needs to get fixed. Immediately."

"Overal hotel has a bit of an outdated feel however the price is great , the rooms are clean , parking is free and breakfast included . So you can’t go wrong . To me the cleanliness , parking , breakfast are main things I’m looking for. Breakfast had enough options that you can find something . Location was not to far from old Montreal and central to head to other areas of Montreal within 15-25min drive . "
