"Got there a bit later than was supposed to but the check in process is still as smooth. Got an upgrade to a suite, and had a free breakfast for 1 person. Staff has been so accommodating and friendly. I left something in the fridge and they got it and kept it til i could come back to the hotel. Hotel is also clean and very well kept. Location is very good as well, close to everything we wanted to go to. Very accessible with bus or metro."

"People are purposely leaving negative reviews. This place is really decent for only $100 on a July Wednesday night. See my pictures and you will see. The view is great the location is great and other hotels like Travelodge and Hotel Zero 1 are charging $200 to $300 a night for the same area. They did charge me a $200 incidental fee but the staff told me they have to charge that much because people purposely trash the hotel rooms thinking they can get away with it because it is a cheaper hotel than all the others and they think it doesn't matter. They did say it takes 7 to 10 business days for the $200 hold to come off your account. I'm wondering why I didn't stay here before"

"Unforgettable stay for concert weekend! I stayed at the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth for the Ariana Grande concert, and I couldn't have picked a better place! Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I am already so excited to come back and stay again. The rooms were incredible so clean, beautiful, and aesthetic with beds that were ridiculously comfy. Every single staff member I talked to was so sweet, welcoming, and helpful throughout my entire stay. A major highlight of the trip was spending time at their rooftop lounge (Nacarat)! The atmosphere on the terrace was wonderful, and the drinks were top-tier. Special shoutout to our server Felix, who was an absolute gem so warm, attentive, and made our evening on the terrace so special! If you're looking for a gorgeous, aesthetic hotel in Montreal with top tier service, this is it. 10/10 recommendation!"

"Hôtel très propre, et le personnel est vraiment très serviable. L’ambiance de l’accueil et du restaurant sont très agréable, avec le bassin des poissons c’est très relaxant. Petit bémol sur le bruit de la climatisation dans la chambre. Mais je recommande cet hôtel qui est idéalement situé entre Ste Catherine et le vieux port."
