"We needed a place to stay that was convenient to return our rental car as well as catch the train to Rome and this place delivered. It was easy to find and check in to. It was clean, well appointed and practically brand new. There is a small grocery store and a few restaurants near by. We also found a bus up to the top of Orvieto conveniently located a block away. "Bed linens clean. Luke warm shower, Not hot enough for comfort. Well stocked kitchen although grill for toasting bread was not clean. Would have enjoyed outside seating. Just table and couple chairs in garden would have been great for morning coffee or evening drink. "
