This location is undoubtedly at the heart of Mardin and offers a central and convenient setting. However, parking is a significant challenge, especially on weekends, and I would recommend visiting on weekdays if possible. The facility is in need of maintenance, particularly the bathroom, which was not in acceptable condition during my visit. Overall, while the location is excellent, the lack of proper parking and upkeep detracts from the experience.

Amazing hotel!

Fantastic hotel. Extremely clean. Amazing view from the terass and very very cosy. The location is in the middle of the old bazaar. Highly recommended mainly because of how clean and fresh everything was.

Terrible in Mardin

It was terrible. Bed sheets were stained, toilets needed repaired. We requested, but they still didn't repaired. No room cleaning. They had nice pictures on their website, don't be fooled with them. Pricey. A two star hotel could be cleaner and nicer than this so called ( konak ? ) hotel.

Major disappointment

Personnel does not speak English. Room is cold, except just under the ac. No heating in bathroom. Freezing. Internet sketchy. I lost hours of work and even to co tact the help desk I needed to restart several times, each time with another agent, due to connection, and from scratch. Noise from other rooms and guests with kids in dining room. No one is there to tell them. My friend ran away after 1 night. No housekeeping during stay, only when I insisted once. Cigarette smell from stiff towels. Phone disconnected in room. I had to run to the sleepy, non English speaking receptionist every time in the open, freezing and windy corridors and flights of stairs. No replnishment of buffet

İlk başta seçimimden emin değildim, tereddütle geldim annemle lakin İyiki bu konağı seçmişim diyorum şu an. Güler yüzlü ve sıcak bir karşılama sonrasında da ilgileri çok güzeldi. Herkes öyleydi ama iki bayan güler yüzü hoş sohbeti için teşekkürler.

İki aile olarak kaldık. Otelin otopark sorunu dışında herşey mükemmel. Temizliği, banyoda sürekli sıcak su, hizmetlilerin güleryüzlü ilgisi, mardin ovasına bakan terası, kahvaltısı çok iyiydi. Teşekkür ediyoruz.

Ortada işletmeye dair bir şey yok, size bir oda veriliyor sonra başınızın çaresine bakıyorsunuz. Bir sorunun çözülmesini istediğinizde de çocuklar çözmeye çalışıyor ama çözemiyorlar. (Onların suçu değil sanki başlarına bırakılmış otel) Kahvaltı diye dandik bir kahvaltı tabağı verdiler doymanız imkansız kapalı pakette beklemekten katılaşmış reçeller cabası. Güzel olan tek şey mezopotamya manzarasıydı.

Çarşaf, nevresim, havlular sararmış mı kirli mi anlaşılmıyor. Odadan daha önceki misafirlerden kalan sigara atıkları çıktı. Kulak çubuğu, makyaj pamuğu gibi şeyler yoktu. Onun dışında personel çok güler yüzlü, gezecek yerler konusunda vs çok yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar.

Une très belle façade, sans plus

Bâtiment remarquable. Une très belle devanture, mais rien de plus. Les cabinets sentent mauvais, le petit-déjeuner est médiocre, pas de jus de fruits, il n’y a pas de thé ou de café avec bouilloire offert en chambre. Il faut aller en terrasse et payer pour ceux-ci, ce qui est vraiment inusité en Turquie. La propreté des chambres est à revoir: poussière sur les surfaces, fenêtres sales, murs douteux. Malheureusement, bien que la localisation et le bâtiment soient magnifiques, le reste ne justifie pas le montant qu’on paie.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting around Mardin's Old City.
