This 5 bedroom home w/ private heated pool and updated kitchen w/ high-end appliances, flows into the main living area & extends to outdoor lanai. Master has king bed, flat screen tv, plus ensuite. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have two Queen beds each. Bedroom 4 has bunk beds; twin over twin. Bedroom 5 w/ office space & Murphy bed. Second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Private lanai with outdoor furniture, heated pool & hot tub. Full-size laundry, bikes, BBQ, ping pong table & pool floats, included.

This is a great area for multi family vacations, small group get aways or one large family. This open concept relaxed beach vibe house is the perfect spot for entertaining. The living/dining and kitchen all open to the private screened lanai and heated pool with hot tub. The lanai has plenty of outdoor furniture, dining area, ping pong table, bbq and pool toys to keep everyone happy. The lanai also features an outdoor shower. In the garage you`ll find beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and kids life jackets. We also have two Heffy mountain bikes for your enjoyment around the Island.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses/plastic for the lanai area, bbq utensils and more. Plus we always like to leave dishwashing tablets, laundry soap, shampoo and conditioner for our guests enjoyment and convenience.

On the day of your arrival I will message you with details as to how to gain access to the house, and remember that check-in time is 4pm, although if we are able and you request, we try to allow you earlier access.

It is best to communicate with me via the AirBnB site, but once you arrive, inside the house you will find our Guest Info Handbook,
with a ton of helpful information about the house and around the Island.

Quiet residential Island neighbourhood near the private Island golf club. Easily accessible from Jolly bridge, and close to Collier Blvd with restaurants, shops, grocery store and more.

Private home has double car garage with driveway easily fitting two cars. Everywhere on the Island is easily accessible by car, or you can rent a golf cart or bikes to get around Island style.
Marco Island has a strict noise ordinance in place 24 hours a day. Noise after 9pm is treated severely. The Police follow up on noise complaints 24/7.
The `maximum occupants` per unit, is the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night.
If police go to the property for a noise violation, its your responsibility to pay, if a fines assessed. Fines start at $250 up to $500.
