Private: property 300 m2 with wildlife garden, swimming pool (above ground) (20 m2, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 8.9 km, pebble beach 4 km.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living room with satellite TV and air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC, double hand-basin, hydro massage shower.
