The detached holiday home. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The residence is popular also due to its sunny location. For exclusive use are available: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Rakalj. The holiday home is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Terrace with stone paving Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Ground floor: Living room (46 sqm) with 2 additional beds on double sofa bed, sitting area, TV, dining area and access to the terrace (30 sqm, garden furniture). Kitchen (14 sqm) with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and access to the terrace.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window.

Beautiful and calming place

We’ve had a great time in Marina's house in Rakalj - the place was clean and nicely furnished, there was plenty of space and all sorts of equipment. We’ve received freshly harvested fruits and veggies as well as eggs. And were even offered an additional free night at the end. The village itself is a quaint location in proximity to a range of nice and not too overcrowded beaches. All in all definitely a recommendation for families seeking a relaxing holiday off the main routes in Istria.
