Can't beat this location! Master bedroom has 1 King size bed ready for you with comfy sheets and pillows. We provide a REAL crib and a Pack-and-play if you are traveling with your little one. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, french doors that open to a very large patio overlooking the backyard. It also has a working area in case you need to do few hours of work and need a work station. Third bedroom has 2 queen size beds, lots of kids book, games and extra blankets. Bedroom 4 overlooking at the pool is large and has 2 full size beds and is equipped with a flat screen TV and a futon. 1 twin bed located in the second family room in case anyone needs to sleep on the main floor. 2.5 bathrooms with towels, soap and shampoo provided. Cozy living room with 2 leather sofas, Flat screen TV with local channels, fireplace and a billiard table. High speed internet throughout the whole house. Fully stocked kitchen and an outdoor kitchen. Next to the pool, you will also find a large fire pit area, tree house for the kids or for the beautiful view of the winery and the hill country. Horse shoe game etc. Our vacation rental is protected by e-locks. In other words, NO KEYS NO HASSLE! Prior to your stay we simply email you a unique code that works for your reservation only.
