Bright and spacious apartment in Marbella, 5 minutes from the beach. The apartment is on the second floor and is available to receive 6 guests.
> Kitchen: It’s an independent kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle, crockery and all the utensils needed for a comfortable stay. It has a table with two chairs next to a beautiful window that overlooks the urbanization's garden.
> Living and dining room sector: This is a fairly spacious environment, so you will be very comfortable. Carefully decorated, this space has a table and chairs for 6 guests, a very comfortable 3-section sofa and an individual armchair, Smart TV and a desk with a chair. From here you can also go out onto the large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture with plenty of seating space as well, designed to relax after a day of exploring.
> Bedrooms: It has three comfortable bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. The main bedroom has a 180cm double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe with space to unpack during your stay. You can also access the terrace and a small balcony from here. The second bedroom has a 180 cm double bed and access to a balcony. The third bedroom is very spacious, it has two single beds, a wardrobe and access to a balcony too.
> Bathroom: All rooms have an ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet. Two of them have a bathtub and the third one, a shower. The apartment also has a toilet in the corridor. All include basic hygiene products.
> Laundry room: Right next to the kitchen there’s a small laundry room with a washing machine and a closet. You’re welcome to use them during your stay.
The apartment also has central air conditioning hot/cold and WiFi.
We have private underground parking available on the property with a lift to the floor.
The urbanization also offers a community pool (open a few months a year -generally from May to October- we suggest checking availability before booking) that guests can enjoy during their stay and a beautiful garden. Please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected.

A security deposit of €800 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.
*We will be waiting to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 5 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there is an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please check with us for availability and rates.
Please let us know 24 hours in advance your arrival time to make sure someone will be waiting for you and you will be able to enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled arrival time, there will be an extra charge of 25€.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or unaccompanied underage guests. Minimun age to book is 25 yo.
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and cost.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
