Falta de comunicação

Tive um pequeno contratempo em relação ao check-in. Eu estou acostumada a reservar pousadas que colocam na descrição check in em horário comercial, mas ao deixar uma observação do horário de chegada, elas sempre abrem exceção. Inclusive a concorrente deles, que tem na descrição na hotéis.com como check in limitado deixou eu chegar no horário das 04 hrs Assim que fiz a reserva em out/24 deixei essa observação no bate papo do app mas só recebi a resposta uma semana antes da minha estadia em fev/2025 sendo informada de que não poderia entrar no horário das 04:00 Pq não me responderam a 4 meses atrás? Detalhe: minha estadia era no CARNAVAL , e eu só soube disso 4 dias antes. Não tinha nem mais pousada para me hospedar na cidade. E para piorar comunicação inicial faltou um pouco de empatia mas, após conversar com a gerente, o problema foi resolvido. Tirando esse imprevisto, a pousada me surpreendeu positivamente! O ambiente é muito agradável, com uma vista fabulosa. O quarto estava muito limpo, a cama era confortável e atendeu completamente às minhas expectativas. O café da manhã é simples, mas pelo preço, achei justo. Ao redor da pousada não há padaria, sacolão ,farmácia ou mercearia por perto, o que torna mais difícil conseguir algo rápido para comer e beber. Só consegui tomar uma água a noite pq a farmácia entregava. No geral, me surpreendi positivamente, considerando esse contratempo como uma falta de comunicação.

Localizada numa praia maravilhosa, café razoável, vão preparados pq não tem comercio perto alem do restaurante da pousada que fecha as 16:00. Muito bom p quem quer descansar e paz

Tambazulik - quarto 7

Tivemos otimos dias na hospedagem. Quarto com itens funcionais, sentimos falta somente de frigobar, no quarto. A praia é paradisíaca, a estrutura do beach é muito boa. O proprietário está fazendo bem feitorias no local, oque tende a melhorar. Os serviços e a simpatia da Simone foram muito apreciada por minha esposa e eu.

Experiência nao muito boa

Foi razoável, estao fazendo obras com os hospedes na pousada, mas fazem obras de construção e nao reparação. Precisa de reparos e pintura para melhorar o aspecto. Nao e permitido levar comidas nem bebidas ,mas à noite os hospedes ficam sem agua ou refrigerante, cerveja e comida . O hospede precisa pegar o carro e ir para o centro, que fica a uns 5 km da pousada ,o comercio local fecha cedo . Conclusão: nao volto, nem para a pousada nem para Maragogi
