"My stay was great. The hotel staff does everything in their power to make sure they solve every issue you may have, as little as it may be. They always are willing to listen and never drop the ball. My wife and one of my kids cannot eat gluten, and they did everything they could to make sure they had safe food every time, and accomodated to the different meals we asked for them every day. "The Hotel seems to have a large number of rooms which is not compatible for the only 3 (yes, three) slow elevators. It should be noted that 1 elevator appeared to be broken, so only 2 functioning). When I was there, the Hotel seemed to be fully-booked, which made me take the stairs up and down from the 5th floor as the elevator line was huge to be waited. Moreover, the breakfast was a nightmare for both guests and Im sure for the staff as well. Food was missing on the buffet because of the...
