You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Sweet family spot, pool & mountain view decks, 5 min walk to beach.

Since we first arrived at Uncle Paul's place over 20-years ago, we knew we'd found "it:" an easy, beautiful spot with gorgeous grounds and pools, a communal palapa, decks, views and easy access to local flavors.
A quick 5-min walk to the beach... miles of manicured sandy heaven... beach bars, seafood, fresh tropical produce... everything from snorkeling to surfing, sun bathing to sports... get lost in a book, on a boat, or just gazing out at the seasonal whale migration.
The nearby towns offer wonderful markets for fish, produce, meat, coffee, baked goods, tortillas, salt, textiles, glass, pottery and more.
To make your arrival even easier - we have a "club fee" added on to each rental - you give us a short list of groceries, and our friends will shop and stock the fridge before you arrive.
If you're here for an extended stay, our house keepers will come 2x a month to do a cleaning - included in the monthly fee. If you'd like something more often let us know.
When you go, our friends and cleaners will take care of the laundry and clean up, and dispose of any perishable foods that you didn't use up.
You can be as lazy or as active as you'd like... it's all here, and it's easy.

Club Santiago Condo

Fantastic location. 2 blocks from the beach. The condo is clean and spacious. A full kitchen to cook and laundry facilities on site. The pool is a refreshing option. Our family loved the condo and beach, will definitely stay her again.

Great stay but check in was difficult

Everything was great, very difficult to find if not give instructions correctly. Each building has a name. The building is located in the Main road. Building c8 isn’t enough for you to locate the apartment!

A wonderful stay in a fantastic place!

We had a great stay in this well appointed unit, located in a lovely condominium complex. Molly was a very accommodating host who responded quickly to any questions or requests. The condo, decorated in a Mexican theme, has a warm and comfortable vibe. We felt right at home and treated it as such. The complex is very well kept with friendly and accommodating staff. Club Santiago is lovely with great restaurants and the most amazing beach. We felt safe there and welcomed by the local residents. This is a wonderful place to visit. The condo was fully equipped with everything thing we needed and had great housekeeping. We cannot wait to get back !

Great apartment in a great location!

We stayed over Christmas and New Year's. Have a house in Santiago and needed more space for us since other family was in the house. When we arrived the place was easy to find. Plenty of parking even during the Holidays. Walking in we saw the perfect space. Very well-appointed bathrooms and a kitchen that had anything you could ever need. A nice living area with balconies to relax on. Nice bedrooms. AC's in all living spaces. The place was great. Clean. Quiet. Relaxing. Just a short walk to the beach and The Oasis. We spent a few days at the apartment's pool which was really nice as well. All of the neighbors were very nice. The property owner responded to questions immediately. Couldn't have asked for a better place or a better stay. Perfect. Thank you!!!
