"Pool and rooftop deck were closed for maintenance. So amenities received a lower rating. Buffet breakfast was very good with a large variety. Certainly better than what we get in the US. Located 5-10 minute walk to the large metro station. Very near shopping and restaurants."

"Several restaurants are walking distance. Set on a quiet street. Chamartin station is 6euro taxi ride. Hotel restaurant had a varied menu and food was good. I did not use any amenities. I didn’t have a car so I have no comment on parking."

"Superb breakfast, fresh, delicious, wide choice. Very clean room (recently build) Quiet. Good shower. No kettle etc in room so you'd have to buy a hot drink at the bar. Beware, and that's why no 5 stars: Eventhough this website says there is no reservation needed for the shuttle bus, and this is true from the airport, you do need a ticket from the hotel front desk to take the shuttle to the airport. They didn't tell us that at check in. So, we couldn't get on the shuttle we wanted because it was full, and therefore we shared a Bolt."

"This is a great place to stay at. Metro station is 10min walking. Offers some stores and restaurants nearby. Area is quiet. Staff is great! They made sure we had a great experience from the beginning. Shout out to Julián, Luis and Alejandro. Food is paid, but it's worth it. The room was on the smaller size, but it felt cozy. Cleanliness is top notch, never had an issue. We were there for 1 week, and definitely would recommend it."
