Spacious Lakeview Retreat w/ Hot Tub & Game Room!

Welcome to Laking it Easy! This spacious house accommodates up to 10 guests (this includes children) with 4 bedrooms, a sleeping loft, and 3 bathrooms. With more than 3,000 square feet there is room for everyone to spread out. Enjoy the expansive lake views from just about every room in this home, especially the deck and hot tub (hot tub is usable all year long). Plentiful parking for all your cars and there will still be enough space for a boat.

We are located just three blocks away from downtown Manson, the lake, fabulous wine tasting rooms, restaurants, boat rental, and the park. This neighborhood is nice and quiet making it a fabulous place to relax and unwind.

The spacious kitchen has generous counter space and is equipped with a refrigerator, oven (with Air Fry feature), stove, and dishwasher. Small appliances include a Keurig, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, microwave, and blender. This space opens up to the large living room with a fireplace and 55" smart tv to login to your Netflix, Prime or Hulu accounts. There is also a huge couch, great for snuggling. Need to work from home? The LocalTel fiber internet provider is perfect for those Zoom meetings. And if you have to work remotely, you may as well be sitting at our extra-large kitchen table looking out at beautiful Lake Chelan.

The large sunny deck, just off the kitchen, has a BBQ grill and outside seating. If it gets too hot, use the remote to effortlessly open the motorized awning on the deck for some shade. You will never get tired of the fabulous view from this vantage point.

No need to fight, there are four generous bedrooms to choose from. Two on the main floor and two downstairs. There is also a fun sleeping loft upstairs with four twin-sized beds that the kids will love. The main floor features an extra-large master bedroom with a king-sized bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom with a queen-sized bed can also be found on the main floor. This bedroom opens up into a second bathroom with a combination shower/tub. Downstairs is another extra-large master bedroom with a king-sized bed and an attached bathroom with a recently remodeled huge walk-in shower. On the other end of the downstairs floorplan is yet another room with two queen beds.

Don't forget to bring your boat and jet skis. There is plenty of parking for all the cars and toys. The boat launch is just a two-minute drive down the road.

Had enough sun for the day? Sit back and enjoy a movie on the 55" smart tv in the theater room. Log into your Netflix, Prime, or Hulu account and watch the movie you haven't had time to see. The surround sound is amazing!

Trying to limit the screen time? Let the games begin. Downstairs is a huge rec-room. Play air hockey or ping pong with your family and friends. There are also board games and cards for those family fun nights. The kids will also love playing in the fenced back yard, with lots of grass to run around on. We also provide cornhole, bocce ball, and croquet games for your gaming pleasure.

Once the sun goes down, you do not want to miss spending time in the gigantic swim spa. Enjoy the amazing views as you relax from your busy day.
