Next door is a boat storage business with operating hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The storage lot is accessible to renters 24/7 for boat pickup and drop-off, but this will not interfere with your stay.

Storage customers have strict instructions not to enter the property or interact with guests under any circumstances.

Please note: There is a boat storage business located next to the property. The driveway is shared between the home and this business.

Do not block or park in the designated boat storage access.

Be courteous and allow clear access at all times so both our guests and the neighboring business can come and go without issue.


Guests are welcome to use the neighboring business, Lake Marion Adventures, for boat rentals during their stay!
The shared waterfront access on the property is for kayaks and paddle boards only. There is a public boat ramp across the street!
