Nicely situated approximately 1 mile off the main road on a winding private drive of pines and hardwoods. The upstairs has an open concept living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Family room has a new 74” smart tv. Kitchen has a dish washer and is nicely stocked. House has heat and air conditioning along with a gas fireplace. The lower level family room also has a 74” smart tv. Game room area has a pool table and plenty of board games, puzzles, cards and books to keep all ages busy on those rainy days! There is a bedroom with a queen size bed plus a double size bunk bed located on this level. A new Queen size sleeper sofa will accommodate 2 more guests. There is also a full bathroom on the lower level. This lower level has a walk out to the beach and a cozy fire pit . We have a pack n play with memory foam mattress and high chair for any little ones. All towels, bedding and pillows included. A washer and dryer is located on the main level. House will accommodate 10-12 people.
