Penthouse Floor Overlooking Manila Bay

Why stay on lower floors when you can stay at the Penthouse floor? Fully furnished One Bedroom Condo located on the Lower Penthouse (LP) floor of the Breeze Residences. Overlooking Manila Bay with a view of the world-famous Manila Bay sunset along Roxas Blvd. LP has its own lobby. Very close to the Cultural Center, the World Trade Center, the US Embassy (2 mi.), and Mall of Asia,(3 mi) . Only 4 miles from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL). 5 miles from Makati Financial District.

The condo office is closed after Noon on Saturday and will not be open until 9 am on Monday morning. If you plan to swim, please let us know ahead of time so we can purchase the ticket for you ahead of time.

Pleasant experience overall

It was a good experience overall. The lobby was nice and clean... the elevators could use a frequent air freshing, every 30 minutes at minimum or had a permanent air freshner. The room was clean, a few wild life of small baby roaches, managable for a guy, not for a woman. I could book another stay there for another time.

Spectacular view

This room is outstanding for views of the city and the bay. Great location. Huge tv, AC worked good. This place would be the gem of places if it weren't for the little critters. Too bad or I would rate this place high. The owner is friendly met us at lobby allowed us to enter sooner than regular check-in time. Overall would rate it 8 out of ten.

Good place to stay.

The room is clean everything that we need in the kitchen is complet. The the location and the view is spectacular. And the price is affordable. I will definitely come back. And I also recommended this property to my friends and family. Thank you and more power.

I thought this is very nice for the view, thus expecting a clean and nice beds. Unfortunately my brother have to go out to buy Baygon Cockroach spray. Hope this helps to keep the unit nice and clean.

This could be a fantastic place. Great view, nice room layout, spacious, clean comfortable hallways and elevators, location close to MOA, and good communication / service from contact person. But... The place is infested with cockroaches and other nasty bugs (mainly in the kitchen and bathroom). The fridge is barely cold due to a broken fan (the freezer works fine). The kitchen area needs cleaning and maintenance work. And the wooden slats bed collapsed several times just getting in and out (I weigh only 71 kilos). If the ownership would resolve the issues, I would love this place. Hopefully soon they will soon.
