Welcome to this charming condo in Taguig.
It higlights a japanese style sliding door divider of the bedroom and living room.
It's fully furnished with great amenities like Matrix gym equipments and machine, a 25 mtr pool with kiddie pool, a game room, function room, Yoga and dance room. A kid's playground and meditation spaces. An amazing lobby and welcoming staffs with 24 hour security and most of all, it's walking distance from Venice Grand Mall and Whiskey Park. Everything else is a 15 min. walk to other great BGC landmarks.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in BGC. The check-in process was very easy and convenient. We arrived a couple of hours before the 3 PM check-in time, and the host, Eric, kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the unit while it was still being cleaned and prepared. The condo itself was spotless and well-kept. Its location was perfect—just a short walk to the Venice Grand Canal Mall, where we could easily shop for groceries and find plenty of dining options. The building felt safe and secure, with guards on duty, and it’s situated in a peaceful area of BGC. We also enjoyed having access to the pool and gym, which made our stay even more comfortable. Eric was an excellent host—very welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this condo if you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and relaxing place to stay in BGC!

Eric was a great host and quickly responded to my text.The unit was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the large refrigerator, stove, warm water and washing machine. The room was humid at night for me, and it is time to replace and upgrade the towels. Short term visits do not have free access to the pool and gym. There are two laundry mats near Venice Mall to pickup laundry. One is self-service (Eric has the information. Maybe add a dryer rack to balcony). Great business and family community for walking/jogging, shopping and restaurants and some are inside the building (built in 2022). You have to visit the nearby Manila American Veteran Cemetery, I will stay here again.

The host was excellent. Two small things that for me were a negative. I may have missed it but i was told by the front desk i would need to pay a fee to use the pool and work out room. The other was i like my bedroom very dark. The drapes had a gap which aloud some light to shine through. Over all the stay was excellent. Near to everything I needed.Thank you
