「The hosts were great… however, the cleanliness was not good!. Upon inspecting our bed, it was clear that the bedding had not been changed, we found two pieces of grass and several pieces of body hair, including eyelashes… 」
「Strong WiFi throughout. Plenty of choice for breakfast, although the cooked food was a bit salty for our liking. Bed was firm, with a creak. Non feather bedding, so great for allergies. Bathroom door wasn't keen to stay shut. Room was clean. Great selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate as well as biscuits. Quiet location over the night. Steak and ale pie great, veg pie you needed a spoon to eat the contents with. 」

「A lovely one night stay. The pub is in a quiet village location, close to lots of interesting places in beautiful Dorset countryside. Our room was large, with an equally large bathroom. We ate in the pub in the evening. The menu choice was good, prices reasonable and the food was excellent. We had our breakfast served outside in the garden and, again, this was tasty, hot and really enjoyable. Thoroughly recommended.」
