10/10 Excellent

"Property was as advertised and was really warm, welcoming and relaxing. Was time out I needed and was so warm and easy to settle in. Pet friendly and close to reserve. Appreciated fencing was not just for a small dog but could cope with those that might jump.Very clean and comfortable. Only downside was left tray in oven and was a bit smoky when heating oven that set off the smoke alarm. Otherwise absolutely perfect. Was great as a single but could see working very well for a family or extended family. Thank you for a wonderful stay Grant. Would be happy to stay again"

Kinloch - On the Lake's Doorstep

"Really nice clean place with modern appliances and furniture. Had everything we needed as a family of four during our one week stay. Close to the Kinloch General store and local walking tracks. Laundry facilities were excellent, although the dryer needed a couple of runs at a load to get everything properly dry. The shower was awesome; best water pressure I've ever experienced and fitted with a shower dome so it "saunas" nicely. Thanks for hosting us!"

The house was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and in a great location.Communication throughout was excellent, and the hosts were friendly, accommodating, and easy to deal with. The property worked perfectly for our team during their stay.Thank you again for your hospitality and kind message — it was very much appreciated. We would absolutely stay again in the future "

"Carla went above and beyond to help us make the most of our stay. The house is well thought out and has plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery for large groups. The outdoor area is fabulous. Nice big section for dogs too.Everything was fabulous. Thank you!"
