"Reception person was unfriendly, powered milk for hot drink, no flannels. Hot water for shower non existent. Someone arrived behind building at 6am towing caravan and working on it loudly. Nil secure parking. Disappointing - another couple unhappy also with service and presentation."

He is an Old Boy and enjoyed the view as much as we did . The whole process was simple , Kim was accommodating and responses were fast .
