Staffs are not always at the front desk, dunno how/where to find them when needed as there's no bell on desk. The other problem is perhaps due to covid19, the room is not in the condition it should be for guest. "Amazing hotel with a washing machine inside each room. Honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed within Vietnam. The receptionist was kind of rude when I checked in though. I was served tap water (which I politely declined) when I checked it, and she served the next family some sort of fancy red tea. Check in was delayed by around 10 minutes as well. Everything else was great."
