The location is also perfect for visiting other popular Lake Como destinations — such as Varenna, Bellano, and Bellagio — easily accessible by train, ferry, or bus thanks to an efficient public transport network.
The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a well-maintained residential building. Upon entering, you'll find a spacious living area with a fireplace, furnished with two sofas — one of which is a sofa bed — a dining table, and a TV. The room opens directly onto the main terrace. On the right, there’s a fully equipped kitchen with access to the second terrace, offering views of the Grigne mountains. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom.
Every space has been designed to ensure maximum comfort: quality mattresses, Wi-Fi connection, kitchen with oven, stovetop, kettle, cookware, and utensils. Additional amenities include an iron and ironing board, drying rack, and a private garage.
At your arrival, you'll find the home ready with fresh bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as a welcome kit including olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee, washing machine pods, shampoo, shower gel, dish soap, and toilet paper.

The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
