We arrived 11pm after a concert at the Coop Arena my son had been in and needed to leave the hotel at 3.30am for our early flight. Treehouse Hotel Manchester
Hotel charged my card with a “Service Charge” upon departure. Took £10 as a tip. I wasn’t warned or asked about this. They refunded when I asked, but why should I ask for my money back?
