    The Space:

Step into this beautifully converted loft apartment inside a landmark 1906 building on Princess Street. With soaring warehouse ceilings, original architectural details and a warm industrial charm, guests regularly say this place looks even better than the photos.

The open plan living area is genuinely expansive, with comfortable sofas, a dining table and even a piano for those who play. Electric blackout curtains keep the bedrooms perfectly dark for a great night's sleep, something guests rave about time and again.

    ENSUITE BATHROOM:

A stylish private ensuite connected to the master bedroom.

    SECOND BEDROOM:

Another comfortable double room, tucked away from the living space. The building is remarkably quiet for a city centre location, so you will not be disturbed at night.

    FAMILY BATHROOM:

A second full bathroom with shower, perfect for families or groups. Shower gel and shampoo are provided.

    LIVING ROOM:

Light, spacious and airy by day, cosy and ambient by night. The high ceilings and original features make this space feel wonderfully unique and full of character.

Canal Street and the Gay Village are right around the corner, buzzing with restaurants and nightlife.

Walk to the Arndale Centre for high street shopping, or explore Chinatown, Piccadilly Gardens and the Craft and Design Centre, all within a few minutes on foot. World class museums including the Manchester Art Gallery and the Science and Industry Museum are an easy stroll away.

Sports fans are well placed here. Old Trafford and the Etihad Stadium are both reachable by tram or a short taxi ride, and the AO Arena is within walking distance for concerts and events. On match days and event weekends, you could not ask for a more convenient base.

By night, Manchester comes alive with live music, theatre, comedy and some of the best food and drink in the north. From rooftop bars to cosy neighbourhood pubs, there is something for everyone within walking distance of your front door.

St Peter's Square tram stop is about 10 minutes' walk, connecting you to additional Metrolink lines across Greater Manchester.
