気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
2 rooms for me & my parents for 2nights. There is no AC in hallways/elevator. Continental breakfast was so bad that we opted to go to a brunch spot for breakfast the next day. No one in my group enjoyed it. Pool was dirty looking &no guest in it. Rooms were serviced, however they did not refill the toilet paper rolls that started off as only a half roll nor did they leave any extras. In the morning the person who answered the phone at the front desk named Serenity was asked by me for a roll of toilet paper. She said "yeah you can come get it" then when I told her I wasn't dressed she just hung up the line unexpectedly& didn't offering any other options to retrieve the toilet paper. I called back asked her name & for a manager and she stated there weren't any available. I asked when do the cleaning persons come in she said not till after 9am. She hung up again. Very rude service. Staff need to be more courteous and accommodating. She was then observed on my way out playing on her cell phone not paying attention while guest were coming and going out the hotel not acknowledging them or welcoming as they entered or exited. Also at night there was no one at the front desk, however a female worker was sitting outside smoking across the pathway. When returning Thurs evening May 9th police activity was at front door& dogs that were held by the hotel staff were barking as we entered the property. Something unsafe going wrong &the Manassas police department was called to the hotel.
