"An underwhelming experience overall. I had a poor check in experience. Room was not ready despite arriving a few hours after the actual check in time. I was not given a room key. The resort had no WiFi, which is shocking as even smaller and cheaper homestays provide free WiFi in such remote places. The entire resort seems like it’s still under construction. The staff are not bothered and have no professionalism. For the premium they charge per night, it seems to be totally not worth...

"Booked via Hotel.com. The staff and the manager did not have knowledge of the reservation. They offered another room category for the same price I booked when in actuality that room was inferior and cheaper to book. Additionally, the manager I spoke to based in Leh was EXTREMELY rude. He claimed they don’t sell rooms on hotels.com and that I booked the room via an agent and that he couldn’t do anything. All I was politely asking for what I paid in terms of product and service.
