The first floor has an open floor plan living area, the primary bedroom and bathroom. The living room has a comfortable couch with a queen sofa sleeper and a smart TV. The dining room seats 4 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook during your stay. The primary bedroom has a cozy queen-size bed and the main bathroom is just across the hall. The bathroom features a separate sink and shower area with a shower/tub combo. Take the stairs to the loft where there are two simi private sleeping areas, each with a queen bed. The loft has a half wall open to the living room.

Sunshine Village common area features a year-round hot tub, summertime heated pool, a tennis court and a rec room with a billiard table, a ping pong table and video games. In the summer you have access to BBQ areas throughout the complex. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located in the common area near the office.
