The Space:
Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this very comfortable holiday home, with the entry-level offering three bedrooms, one bathroom, a living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a covered outdoor deck with al fresco dining and BBQ.
Follow the outdoor steps to the large seaside lawn leading straight onto the beach.
All living areas, the main deck, and the lawn offer uninterrupted north-facing views of Garden Bay.
The laundry, with a second toilet and shower, is also located on the lower level—perfect for returning from the beach.
The property is within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, and Malua Bay Beach, making it ideal for couples and families.
Bed Configuration:
Main Bedroom - 1 x Queen Bed
2nd Bedroom - 1 x Double Bed
3rd Bedroom - 2 x Single Beds.
All bedding and towels are included with your stay, pets on application.
Guest Access:
Entry is via a lockbox, with the code provided through your booking platform and via text message prior to your arrival.

For more variety, Batemans Bay is around 13 km away, offering a wide range of waterfront restaurants, shopping options, and family-friendly activities
