This modern and comfortable home will be the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. An open-plan kitchen, dining room, and lounge room are at the home's center.
The master bedroom is the first room upon entering the property, with its own ensuite, with the 2nd bedroom being towards the back. The 3rd bed is in an open room just off the main living area.

Malua Bay is ideally located just a short drive from Batemans Bay, where you’ll find a wide range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Head south along the scenic coastal route and you’ll reach the charming town of Moruya, known for its boutique shops and relaxed country vibe. Keep going and you’ll come across the famous Bodalla Bakery and Ice Creamery—perfect for a sweet treat—along with the classic Bodalla Pub, a great spot for a hearty meal. Venture a little further and you’ll arrive in Narooma, a beautiful coastal town with stunning beaches and more local gems to explore along the way.

For anything beyond the basics or specific to your needs, we recommend bringing your own to ensure a comfortable stay. This property is provided with all linen and towels, although we do ask guest to bring their own beach towels.
