VILLA FULL OF CHARM WITH PIANO AND SWIMMING POOL HEATED ON GOLF PT-ROYAL PROVENC

(Our villa is located in the heart of the Golf de Pont Royal in Provence.
It is located in a particularly quiet part of the area, not far from the lake, while being close to the village, the clubhouse and sports activities on site.
The villa is very warm and comfortable for you to feel at home. You will find all the facilities expected with a white piano PETROF lacquered in the living room and a whirlpool bath in the bathroom of the master bedroom.
The decoration we have brought is neat and refined. The rooms upstairs allow you to isolate if necessary to better rest.
Our piano is at your disposal to spend moments of work or relaxation. This upright piano was designed by the Czech company PETROF and is equipped with RENNER hammers (these also equip the STEINWAY pianos and the BESCHTEIN pianos). His warm sound is very popular with pianists!
Outside, the heated swimming pool in season from the beginning of April to the end of October is perfect for swimming and relaxing. It is covered with an electric curtain that allows to secure and feel in perfect tranquility even with young children.
Finally, the garden is completely flat and closed with a large terrace shaded by palm trees, where deckchairs await you. Two dining areas, one sheltered by a large umbrella and while the other is nestled under a pergola where jasmine and wisteria protect you from the sun complete the garden. On the street side, you have 2 parking spaces also sheltered under a pergola.

Once arrived, forget everything, the domain is secure with a guard post at the entrance of it, and our gardener and our pool do everything to make your stay pleasant and unforgettable.

Once on site, the site is conducive to both sports activities and activities of relaxation and idleness. Indeed, the many sports facilities on site allow you to practice golf, with its 2 courses including one of international fame, its very complete driving range and its golf academy, to also practice equestrian sports, tennis and full other sports activities offered on site and following the seasons.
In addition, the quiet and relaxing environment also allows you to relax and rest, finding yourself on a site where greenery and green spaces are privileged, and nature highlighted. On-site relaxation facilities such as L'Occitane SPA complete this opportunity to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of active life and cities.
And if the tourist sites and cities to visit miss you, no worries. We are not far from emblematic cities of Provence, positioned just between Aix-en Provence, Avignon and Isle sur la Sorgue. Indeed, this site is also ideally located between Alpilles and Luberon, close to tourist sites, beautiful villages, abbeys, castles, the Barbens zoo or the Provencal markets and festivals such as La Roque 'Anthéron for the piano.
