I was on a business trip, my associate suggested this hotel and arranged for a private driver so i really didn't spend much time in the hotel. The staff was friendly, the place clean and the morning buffet is quite good. The room price is good, i used Expedia to book it. This property is next to a couple of malls which was good when my phone charger died, samsung is in the mall. One thing that is probably a problem for most people is the 4 am Muslim prayers blasting across the city. This happens 5 times per day. Otherwise i felt safe in the area.

I have stayed at this Hotel twice due to its location to my partners parents. 5 years between the visits. The rooms are looking tired, requiring a face lift and carpets to be cleaned. Foot towels need to be renewed and are grey and out washed. The service however is impeccable, friendly open and very accommodating. I will say that having to pay £7 a beer has put me off returning and looking at other options
