マランのお気に入りホテル

施設のグレードはもちろん素晴らしかったのですが、スタッフのきめ細やかで人間味のある対応に驚きました。レストランも食材、調理、サービスどれも気にいりました。

朝食が素晴らしい

サンライズが希望だったので、屋上へ特別に案内してもらった。朝食は種類も多くとても美味しかった。部屋も広く清潔で綺麗、とにかくコストパホーマンスに優れています。

スタッフの応対の親切さ、部屋の清潔さ、備品など、どれをとってもとても満足です。朝食も、夕食以上の種類の豊富さで、美味しかったです。安心して泊まれるホテルだと思います。

Rooms are not very sound proof,if you have inconsiderate guests in the room above you.Beautiful breakfast,but unfortunately not very warm at times.

Best hotel in Malang

Loved our stay here. The staff was amazing. The rooms clean, modern and very comfortable. Great WiFi and AC. We booked for one night but I would of rather stayed here the whole time. Thanks to all there and the wonderful manager as well.

Old, but gold!

The hotel is a little old, but the breakfast spread was amazing. The fixtures were a little run down and could use a little bit of revamping. Otherwise, great for value and it's convenient to the city area.

Pretty good stay. But 1 day too long

Bed uncomfortable bathroom needs refurbishing. Far from centre. Malang city uninteresting. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast excellent. Great Bromo trip organised by the hotel with very friendly driver despite the language barrier. Nice pool.

Hotel tengah kota dengan kamar luas dan nyaman

Lokasi Hotel sangat strategis di jalan utama kota Malang dan mudah mencari tempat makan. Waktunya renovasi kamar dan ganti tempat tidur. Arah pintu keluar sebaiknya dibalik dengan pintu masuk, supaya bisa mudah putar balik ke arah tengah kota Malang

tempat dan kenyamanan oke, namun agak kecewa karena reservasi di hotels.com dengan tipe kamar twin bed namun diberikan kamar king bed dan tidak ada solusi pemecahannya. mungkin lain kali pihak hotel bisa menginformasikan ketersediaan yang sesuai.dengan aplikasi di hotels.com.

Excellent facilities and helpfull staff. Restaurant offers large cariwty of food, my only complaint would be that on more than one occasion the food was stone cold.

正值華人農曆除夕入住，意外遇見舞龍舞獅表演，較台北更能感受到春節氣氛。Atria Hotel Malang 位置鬧中取靜，停車方便，附近有便利商店及小吃店，房間大又舒適，早餐菜色多樣，泳池風景優美。

Noisy Hotel

A very noisy place to spend a night at. Thin walls, no carpeting in the rooms make it very hard to have a good night sleep. Children running around above and people pulling here and there the only chair in the room.

Strategic located but lift took a long time.

Staff are friendly and the room are clean. The location of the hotel is also quite strategic. The only down side is the lift took a very long time.

Gutes Hotel auch für einen längen Aufenthalt

Waren nur für eine Nach da, daher können wir nicht so viel sagen. Zimmer war ok Frühstück vielfältig und für jeden Geschmack etwas zu finden. Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt. Personal sehr Freundlich. Es wurden sofort auf Kundenwunsch eingegangen.

It was amazing stay. But when I ask for extra blanket what I got was only an extra cotton sheet. I don't think blanket and cotton sheet was the same

Stay was great ; but overall comfort was so so .

The hotel looks beautiful. The room does not have carpet floor . Its ice cold during night. And the bathroom could improve with a fully closed shower. The breakfast was worst i ever had in a hotel.

Excellent hotel, local area a bit boring

Beautiful hotel with excellent restaurant and service. My only complaint was that the local area was not too interesting; not much is walking distance from the hotel. Loved the view of the mountains and volcano from the pool area in the mornings.

Nice short stay hotel

Hotel was great. Breakfast great. Staff very friendly. Check in and check out very efficient and fast. Nice pool, but did not get the chance to try. Maybe next time

A clean and simple stay

So this hotel is clean, comfortable, and safe. However, there are some things that were irritating. For example, the noise level from the pool - the walls and windows are not in any way sound proof. So you can always hear everything everyone else is doing. The staff was very nice, specifically the staff at the front desk.
