The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a charming building in the historic centre with a lift.

It has a sofa bed and a Samsung The Frame Smart TV in the living room and in the main bedroom, so you can enjoy your favourite content or turn the screen into a decorative piece.

The main bedroom stands out for its panoramic views and extraordinary brightness, thanks to the windows surrounding it. The cosy second bedroom, located next to the terrace, also offers lovely views of the Cathedral.

The bathroom, from which the Cathedral can also be seen, features a comfortable walk-in shower with glass screen. The kitchen, compact but very well equipped, includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, capsule coffee machine, Italian coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. In addition, the apartment has a practical office area, ideal for having a coffee or working remotely with plenty of natural light.

From the living room, a staircase leads to the large private terrace, ideal for outdoor dining, soaking up the sun and enjoying unique views. This terrace is not shared with other neighbours and includes a heated pool.

–Pool and services:

The terrace is for the exclusive use of the apartment’s guests. It features a small heated pool from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the city, the Cathedral and the Alcazaba.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, kettle, capsule coffee machine, Italian coffee maker, blender, and everything you need for cooking.

The apartment offers free WiFi and all the amenities required for a comfortable stay: air conditioning/heating, Smart TV, hairdryer, iron, and additional equipment designed for guests’ comfort.

–Location:

The apartment enjoys an exceptional location in the historic centre, in one of Málaga’s best-known and most vibrant areas. Just a few steps away you will find restaurants, tapas bars, shops and supermarkets.

It is located only a two-minute walk from the Picasso Museum and the Cathedral, in a privileged setting for enjoying the city on foot.

–Getting around:

The penthouse is just steps away from the main monuments, museums and most emblematic places in Málaga’s historic centre. It also offers convenient access to the airport and to the main bus and train stations by public transport.

–Things to note:

This is a tourist accommodation that meets the requirements of Olédays’ EcoFriendly certification.

Important: Both the terrace and one of the bedrooms are located on an upper level within the property and are accessed by stairs, as shown in the photographs.

Lift: Before reaching the lift, there is a short flight of steps, so the building is not accessible for guests with reduced mobility. Inside the property there are also stairs leading to one of the bedrooms, as well as to the terrace and the pool.

City centre: The apartment is located on the fifth floor with a lift, has good-quality windows and has been carefully prepared to promote rest and comfort. Even so, its excellent location in the heart of the historic centre may be less suitable for people who are especially sensitive to noise, particularly on weekends and public holidays. As this is a penthouse, there are no neighbours above the apartment (and, being on a corner, none directly to the sides either), so there is no disturbance coming from other homes.

Pool: This is a small heated pool located on the terrace (it is not as warm as a jacuzzi), for the exclusive use of guests staying at the apartment. Pets are not allowed inside the pool. Dimensions: 2.5 x 1.5 x 0.6 metres. For safety reasons, minors must always be under the direct supervision of an adult in the terrace and pool area, as well as on the stairs inside the property.

Check-in: Check-in starts from 15:00. Whenever possible, we do our best to adapt to our guests’ needs upon prior request.

Pets: Dogs are welcome. Their owners will be responsible for their wellbeing, as well as for any damage they may cause. The house rules and the rules of the owners’ community must be respected. Dogs are not allowed in the pool. A cleaning supplement of €20 per dog will be charged. We can provide a dog bed and food/water bowl upon request.
