Amazing hotel. Spotless, really nice design. Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Checkout was at 12pm and our flight was late at night. We could check out, use the pool all day and in the evening they supplied us with a free room to shower before leaving. Excellent location, so close to everything. Great restaurants are only within a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Every one there is super friendly, fro the moment I got there Mohamed at the reception took the time to show me the room and helped accommodate a special need I had by rearranging the room bookings to accommodate my request and that made a lot of difference to me. The buffet was excellent with a lot of good choices and to my surprise they had many options for milk including Lactaid milk. The team there were very curious and made sure everything was perfect. I love the place . It is also a walking distance to everything from the port to downtown.

This hotel is conveniently located to the waterfront, the old town and lots of great restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and the food and drinks were great. Just don’t be taken aback when you first enter - you have to walk through a busy bar to get to reception. It’s easy so don’t let this sway you. I would definitely stay here again!!

Most amazing experience. Not only was the hotel beautiful and in a central area, but the staff really made our stay great. Pablo, Mohammed, and especially Constanca were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. We are so happy we chose this hotel because of them. A modern five-star hotel, conveniently located on Malaga's Alameda St. near shopping, fine restaurants, a lovely park, as well as the port. Rooms are on the small side; ours had no closet, but was very nicely furnished and clean with excellent bathroom, shower stall and tub. Our room had a large lovely balcony with couch and chairs. Room service was excellent and rooms were cleaned daily. Reception staff were most helpful, courteous and pleasant. My wife and I stayed there for several days and were very happy.

A lovely but very average hotel, which seemed expensive given the room and breakfast. Sadly, we weren't able to experience the roof terrace due to the rain whilst we were there. We had a superior room, which had a lovely bath, but was, again, very average.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Our room had a double shower which was very cool! Massive bathroom, comfy bed, really nice decor. Great restaurant and bar downstairs. We loved being right in the centre and walking everywhere.

Si viene en carro por favor no coger este hotel, no es cómodo. No tiene donde dejar el carro. Mi habitación tenía un vaso sucio de alguien anterior con leche y después me pusieron una cuchara sucia al día siguiente. La cadena de hotel es buena
