Light and color are the main feature of Casa Armonía, a beautiful studio in the Picasso surroundings. Despite being very close to the Plaza de la Merced, one of the most famous squares in the city, Casa Armonía breathes peace and silence, making it ideal to rest after enjoying the city. Very bright and well equipped, every detail has been taken care of so that nothing is missed during the stay. Free WIFI, high-speed internet (600 mega fiber optics).

Bright and quiet studio, 40 square meters, with a 135-square-meter double bed, and a living room with two armchairs, TV, and dining table with stools. The kitchen is very practical and is equipped with everything you need to cook. It also has a bathroom with a shower, which has a hairdryer.

The kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, crockery, kitchen utensils. The studio also has a TV, internet Wi-Fi, iron, hairdryer. The bathroom is renovated and completely equipped. Free WIFI, high-speed internet (600 mega fiber optics). Guests have an exclusive free medical care service (non-hospital) during their stay through Quirón Salud, a leading hospital group in Spain.









–Plaza de la Merced and Picasso surroundings:







It is less than 5 minutes walk from the birthplace of Picasso and the Picasso Foundation. Despite its excellent location, in one of the most important points of the historic center, the studio is very quiet. On one side is the Plaza de la Merced and the Cervantes Theater and on the other the popular Lagunillas neighborhood, one of those that most jealously preserves its identity in the Central District. The studio is ideal if you want to live in the center of Málaga, with everything close.









–How to move:







You can walk to the monuments and museums of the city and enjoy the most cheerful streets of the center, but you will not have trouble sleeping, being in a quiet street, in a building with only a few neighbors. The area has good communication with the urban bus and it is more accessible by car than other parts of the center.

This is a tourist accommodation that meets the Olédays EcoFriendly certification requirements, and has been recognized with the WeRespect certification.

CHECK IN: Arrival at the accommodation is 15:00, but we strive to receive our guest at the time they need, upon request.

INTERIOR: The apartment windows all tace an interior patioSECURITY: The apartment has an extraordinary location to enjoy the historic center, next to the Plaza de Merced. Although it is a very safe area, the street is somewhat neglected (with lots and graffiti), at the gates of a more humble neighborhood of social housing, which can give some people a false feeling of insecurity.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

PETS: Pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the welfare of the animal and the damages that they may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. € 20 will be charged on arrival for cleaning for each dog. We can provide a bed and trough-drinker, upon request.
