Dans l'ensemble ça va par contre la climatisation marche très peu dans le salon Suite a un souci nous n'avons pu arriver à date prévue j'ai appelé pour essayer de décaler D'une nuit après avoir vérifié que les dates étaient encore disponibles il n'ont pas voulu faire l'effort alors que aujourd'hui encore c'était disponible par contre bien entendu il nous propose 2nuit de plus puisque que c'était disponible mais factures 500€ alors que je venais de leur expliquer que je perdais déjà 1 nuit j'ai trouvé cela pas très commercial !! sachant que j'avais déjà eu une personne qui m'avait dit que cela pouvait être possible vu que c'était encore dispo .Tanpis nous sommes restés 5j au lieu de 7 ils se sont mis 2j dans la poche.cordialement

Le logement n'etait doté que de tres legeres couettes d'ete totalement insuffisantes pour un mois de décembre (et aucune autre couverture disponible dans les placards). De plus, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans le salon et n'a pas été réparé pendant les 6 jours de notre sejour. Aucun contact possible avec les propriétaires, il a fallu passer par une agence gérant la location (Homecare). Nous les avons alertés dès le lendemain de notre arrivée (samedi matin) mais aucune reaction avant le lundi (la personne gérant les urgences ne s'est pas excuser et à meme remis en cause la validite de ma demande en indiquant que personne ne s'etait jamais plaint de ce logement). Au final, l'agence a mis 3 jours à nous apporter des couvertures (nous avons donc du en acheter dans l'intervalle). Certains draps étaient par ailleurs troués. Certaines prises electriques etaient defaillantes (impossible de brancher un mini chauffage). Le logement disposait d'une machine à laver mais pas d'etendoir à linge (sauf à l'exterieur mais evidemment inexploitable en décembre). Enfin, le quartier n'est pas des plus accueillants, et de ce fait, l'appartement dispose d'une grille à l'entrée d'une alarme. A ne recommander sous aucun pretexte
