Average condition of stay in
Staffs were polite and helpul. Breakfast selection very limited. No aircon along corridor, so will be a little bit warm. Furnitures are old, sofa cushion with a lot of stains. However, the room aircon is very quiet.

For the breakfast selection, we have done the upgraded since early of March 2024. There is a drastic improve on the varieties and the food quality for the breakfast. For the corridor as the hotel design is using the retro concept of the building 1970-an with the open air corridor which affected by the weather of the day. We thank you for your comments on the cushion stain and we had started on the cushion deep cleaning project since then and it will be our continues housekeeping project to ensure our room quality is always at the tip top condition. Not much to do. It was too quite. The hotel does not provide breakfast and the shop opens after 11am. You will have to order breakfast via grab. I booked for two days and left after my first day.

room with balcony, nice deco, niceeeee room! Amazing view of Malacca town from your room balcony. Swimming pool at level 3 but not for kids. Breakfast mee kari so SEDAP. Definitely will come back!

Nice hotel..very spacious room..hotel is clean..nice decoration at the lobby..overall im very satisfied with my staying here..but hotel need to improve their breakfast by adding more choices of food and add more table..will come to stay here again..

Nice n cozy place..just the pool only for adult...if have kids pool would be very good...but overall worth to stay

The design and decoration are spectacular
Couldn't say much about the location because Malacca is developing and building constructions are everywhere. The hotel can improve on; putting the contact list next to the phone, make hair dryer and ironing facilities available for every room (not upon request) & make laundry bag available. The restaurant is small but the staffs are rapidly restore the fast-finishing foods and keep up with number of people who wants to have their breakfast.

One of the worse coz nothing open at this hotel area which is still okay for a new hotel but the nightmare awaits once you have your room keys.
The bathroom showers a very dirty water and the towel is horrible.
Failure to their bed too as it’s very dusty and insects on their bedsheets
Floor hasn’t been cleaned since the room starts doing business
Nothing seems to be fine for me as I can’t even ask for an extra quilt.
I’ll never come back here again
