"Gorgeous property., however, not very accessible and confusing directions. The owner, Mike, lacked in communication, multiple attempts to contact for confirmation, checking in and directions was frustrating. 40 mins prior our arrival he notified me via VRBO messaging that our room wasn’t available and moved us to a comparable room. "The room was lovely and the people we met staying there were very nice! There is a very cute cat on the property who will often say hi. The location is great, there's a restaurant just down the hill that is open from early to late with breakfast, dinner, and drinks. The Santa Teresa beach is just beyond that. Less than 5 min walk.
