「Despite the fact that we never read the special check in instructions (lesson learned!) the staff replied immediately to our messages allowing us to get our room. The place is very safe and well located close to bars, restaurants, stores, etc. Highly recommended!!!」

「I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting La Spezia, Portovenere or Cinque Terre. Short car drive to catch the ferry or train! House has a beautiful Mountain View, Italian breakfast was amazing, room was comfortable with a very nice bathroom but most importantly, staff was very welcoming and gave us amazing tips as to how to make the most of our short stay in La Spezia. We will be back! 」

「The property is a quaint no frills B&B with an awesome host Robert and his wonderful mom. It's very quite. The room was spacious; the bathroom was not attached to the room but that was not an issue. Socialize at breakfast was fun; we do not look for venues base on BF so. The facilities outside the room looked like advertised; lived in. Most of our time is spent away from any property so we don't need much to satisfy us; the property met our needs, The train station for trips to Cinque Terry is...

「We visited recently for a 3 night stay in Cinque Terra. This is a very basic BNB. It is definitely away from the hustle and bustle of Cinque Terra but that is what we wanted. A few notes: there is no air conditioning. There was a fan and we had cool evenings so not a big deal. But to those traveling in the warmer months, just note that. We had room 2 and it is literally a room with a bed in it - not much else. It did have its own private bathroom which was clean and quite large for the size...

「Sehr idyllisches Plätzchen für Entspannung. Der Pool ist erfrischend und sauber. Das Appartment ist geräumig und es gab ein Begrüßungspaket mit frischem Brot, Nudeln und Soße. Ich hab mich zweimal massieren lassen, was ich nur sehr empfehlen kann. Gute Tipps für Ausflüge gab es auch. Lieben Dank」

「This apartment was centrally located. The bed was comfortable. No AC but the fans worked well. There are lots of stairs to get to it so not easy with luggage but not terrible. The host is very nice and easy to work with. 」
