"Nobody was there to check us in and we had to get a hotel somewhere else."

"I chose this hotel by searching online and looking at what it had to offer. Overall, it was a nice place to stay at a reasonable price. Clean and the bed was comfortable. The biggest down fall was the breakfast. Not like what was shown in the pictures or the "top rated" claim in the description. There was no coffee cart as shown under the lobby spiral staircase. In fact, the coffee was not very good being distributed from a machine by pressing a button. Very small cups are used. The eggs seemed to be of the instant or powdered variety. The pastries offered were wrapped and did not taste very good. Staff was not keeping up with keeping the breakfast utensils supplied. No forks, ate waffle with difficulty using a knife and a spoon."

"Stayed here on short notice for baseball tournament. Fairly new renovations to common areas and rooms. Shower was hot, had good pressure and room was clean. The other entrances were propped open with a rock so I removed it since that's a security issue that should have sensors on the doors to alert staff."

"I had a couple of issues, one was the bathroom. There was black gunk and hair in the corners and behind the toilet as the floor had not been cleaned sufficiently in weeks or months. It looks like they just ran a mop over the center of the floor. I always bring lysol spray and paper towels, so I cleaned it myself. Another issue I had was that I cut my foot on a small shard of glass on the pool deck. The floor is made of tiny pebbles in grout,, and I am sure it is difficult to clean up after a glass breakage. Otherwise the room was pretty clean, and the staff was very friendly. The room was very large and comfortable...it was actually a small suite. Microwave and refrigerator were clean. Would I stay there again? Probably would."
