「A very complicated way from the Airport. First with train, than Tube, than another train and at last with a Bus. The Code for the key was not correct and I first ask a neighbor for help. A few minutes later a young man came out and tell us that the code was changed. He don't introduce himself and we thought, that's only a neighbor. But later I thought he was the owner. He turned off the heater every day. The apartment was much small for 3 poeple. I never would stay there again.」

「We stayed for a long weekend. Warm and comfortable annex flat. All amenities. Very clean.」

「Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. Location is central to going places in the area.」

「Stayed at this property for our daughter’s graduation from the University of Kent at the Rochester cathedral. Location was walking distance to the event and many shopping and dining options. Great secure parking as well as an extremely well appointed two bedroom two bathroom flat!」

「The flat is very clean, tidy and fresh and has everything you will need for several days stay. Easy walking onto town centre with loads of shops and places to eat. Faversham is a lovely place to wnader around tooCar parking near the flat is very tricky (as is the case everyewhere in Faversham it seems) but Debbie does give you some ideas and if they are full then there are plenty of other sidestreets to try.Communication with Debbie, the host was wonderfully easy and she is really helpful.」

「This place was great! The flat was beautiful and clean. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed to make meals. Communication was great. Quick responses. Orpington station is a 10 minute walk away. This gets you into London central in 15-20 minutes. Tesco is a 2 minute walk away. This place was great! We loved staying here! Recommend!」
