良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

部屋からプールや海岸に歩いていけるのが良い。プールサイドで夕日を眺めたあと、水着のまま部屋に戻ってシャワーでスッキリ。夕食はレストランも良いが、ルームサービスで静かに食べるのも、おすすめ。

5年前に初めて行って気に入り、今回また選びました。広大な敷地・緑の多さ・ガーデンの美しさ・静かさは満点❗️プールが3つあり、その中の1つは12歳未満不可なので、とっても静かに過ごせました。1度強めのスコールがありましたが、後は天気にも恵まれ、1週間のんびりと過ごせました。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。

心尽くしのおもてなしとスタッフの皆さんの笑顔で、とても素敵な3日間を過ごしました。チェックイン時に今日が誕生日だとお伝えしたら、お部屋に誕生日ケーキを届けてくださったり、フロントで予約をお願いしたGinja restaurant では、チェックイン時の記念写真とメッセージがテーブルに飾られサプライズをいただき、更にディナーの最後にはバースデーソングを歌いながらスタッフの皆さんからバースデーケーキで再び素敵なサプライズがあり、心に残る嬉しい思い出が出来ました。広大なホテルの敷地内には様々なジャンルのレストランと施設があり、雨でも退屈する事なく充実のホテルライフを過ごしました。またプーケットに来てこちらに滞在したいと強く望んでいます。ホテルの皆さま本当にありがとうございました！！

良い点 ⚫︎小学生の子連れで利用したレストランすべて（JW cafe、クチーナ、サイアムデリ）非常に美味しかった。ホテル価格なのであるていど高いが、最終日の改まったディナー、プールの合間のカジュアルなランチ…と色々なシーンで使える。 ⚫︎ JW cafeでのビュッフェ朝食が大変良かった。オムレツ、フレンチトーストなどの西洋、ヌードルステーションなどのタイ料理、インドベジタリアン、（白米と味噌汁程度の）和食…と選択肢が多く、滞在中4日利用したが日替わりでまったく飽きない。毎朝の楽しみだった。とくにフレンチトーストが美味しく、子どものお気に入りだった。おすすめ。 ⚫︎夕食に、レビューの良い近くのタイ料理レストランKinDeeに行ったが、ホテルのタクシーカウンターでの手配がスムーズで安心できる。たしか往復込みの料金で600B？だったと思う。 ⚫︎プールが素晴らしい。深さも色々。大人も子どもも楽しめる。スタッフの対応も丁寧。 ⚫︎築年数が経っているので老朽化している箇所が散見されるが、それでも施設をきれいに保っている。ある意味、味がでている。 ⚫︎庭のデザイン、木々の配置が熱帯らしく素晴らしい。滞在中あいにくの大雨の時でも部屋からの鬱蒼とした緑の景色に癒された。 ⚫︎ヨガなどアクティビティも豊富。ホテル内で保護しているウミガメの餌やり、見学は子どもが喜んでいた。悪い点 ⚫︎チェックイン時、どのカウンターに並ぶか案内するスタッフのオペレーションが悪く、時間がかかった。 ⚫︎リネン類の補充がじゅうぶんでない時があった。プールやビーチ後シャワーを使うのでもっと補充してほしかった。トイレットペーパーも同様。マリオットBonVoyのチャット💬で何度か追加補助をお願いして持ってきて貰った。

ビーチと繋がっていない、ホテルとビーチの一体感がない。以前に宿泊したラグーナ　アウトリガーの方がよかった。周辺にローカルのレストランがなく、交通の便が悪い。施設内の案内表示が不親切、迷路のようで施設内で迷う。アプリで現在位置、目的地までのルート案内が欲しい。

年末年始、年越しで宿泊しました。さすがマリオットという感じで、従業員の方とすれ違うたびに皆さん挨拶してくれました。食事もおいしかったです。帰り空港までの交通手段も、ローカルタクシーを定刻で手配してくれ、400バーツですみました。

何も無いのがいいです。

10年ぶりに夫婦で4泊しましたが、とってもゆっくりできました。もともとホテルでゆっくりする為に選んだのですが、周りも特に何もないので騒がしさもなく最高でした。

2019年８月31日から5歳息子と夫婦で4泊しました。雨季だったためこのレベルのホテルなのに非常に割安に宿泊する事ができて良かったです。多少施設に古臭さは感じるものの、インテリアもセンス良くまとまっていて、サービスも良く清潔でした。ウミガメの保護シェルターを目当てに宿泊したのですが、現在工事中で見学する事は出来なかったのが残念です。雨季だったため海は遊泳禁止で、プールもややこじんまりしているため、息子にはビーチ近くのサッカーゴールが嬉しかったようです。あとは、ビーチとの境目に大きな木のブランコがあり、ここは絶好のフォトスポットです！欲を言えば、近隣にもう少し遊べる施設があると良いと思います。徒歩5分のタートルマートぐらいしか行く場所がなく、パトンまでの交通費も高いです。

心身ともにリラックス出来た旅でした。

着いた時にトラブル発生。スイートルームへのアップグレードが出来ますけどしますか？と事前にメールをいただいていたので、お願いします、とメール返信しており、そのつもりでいたのに、チェックイン時にその話をしたら、スイートは満室とのこと。メールを見せたら、こちらのミスです、2泊目からスイートに移れますので、申し訳ございませんとなり、最初憤慨していましたが、色々サービスしていただき、レイトチェックアウトも大丈夫になったので、納得しました。プールアクセスの部屋は3人ではやはり狭く暗く、早くスイートにと思っていたので、スイートルームは広く海も見えてとても快適でした。ただジャグジーが度々壊れ修理してもらったり、夜中停電したりと、ちょっと不安になるところもありましたが、従業員の笑顔とサービスが素晴らしく、相対的には良いホテルでした。施設が古いから仕方ないのがしれません。フロントのMs.Nikke、とてもお世話になりました。お部屋のお掃除してくれた方はなんと無いと諦めたピアスを見つけてくれました！レストランもAndaman Gril のステーキ&ロブスター最高でした！このホテルを息子は最高に気に入っておりました。ビーチでマッサージも良かったです。

大満足。

初のプーケット、最高の環境で宿泊する事ができ大満足でした。雨季にも関わらず晴天続きで本当にすばらしい滞在でした。ヘルスクラブも無料なのにバナナのサービスがありました。

チェックイン時のスタッフの方の対応がとても良かったし、それ以外のスタッフの印象もみな良かった。部屋はとても清潔で、静かだったのでくつろげた。プールはメインの所は深さに段階があり、すべり台もあったので小さな子と一緒でもとても楽しめた。ホテルの周りは食べるところがあまりなかったので、ほとんど食事はホテルで済ませたが、どれも美味しかった。移動のタクシー代よりホテルの食事の方が安くすんで良かった。口コミが良かったのでここに決めたが、滞在中ずっと本当にここにして良かったと思った。

部屋からすぐ行けるビーチが綺麗で、南国感を十分楽しめた。子供用プールも楽しく、ホテル内無料アクテビティもあり、3日間があっという間に過ぎました。朝食はまあまあ、周りにレストランは少ないけれど、シャトルバスで5分程のタートルビレッジ周辺にいくつかあり、ホテルよりはリーズナブルにローカル料理を楽しめます。横には象もいて、100バーツで餌もあげることが出来ます。次回もまたここに泊まりたいホテルでした。
