"We were a bit disappointed in our initial assessment of this property. It was a bit hard to find as there is no actual address. With the help of some very kind neighbours we did locate the suite. We found the suite could use some updating. The ad mentions beach extras like beach towels and blanket etc. Those things were not in the suite. At least we never found them. "We were very happy with our stay. We had a beautiful view of the beach and the room was conveniently located near everything, including a mini market down the street. We took a few walks to nearby restaurants and it was safe to do so at night. Security was always around. I loved having a full kitchen and access to a gas grill by the pool area. We used both options to save money. Our room was a studio with a sofa bed. The only issue was that the sofa bed was not comfortable. I wish they provided Murphy beds instead. Besides that, everything else was perfect. I would reccomeded this hotel to couples and families. They offer different style rooms and provide many amenities, such as laundry and detergent. There's a lot of room to store clothes , including closets. There were two TVs which was great. The bathroom was set up nicely also, lots of towels and a large shower, and very clean. The staff text you during the day to check in on you. I appreciated that because it made it easier to request any items we needed and to receive information. I really liked having that option. They were always responsive. I want to give a special shout out to Kimberly. She checked us in and helped us out a few times throughout our stay. She was lovely, warm and welcoming. She went out of her way to provide great customer service and that is something I value greatly. When we visit the island again we would like to return to this hotel and stay longer."
