「Excellent Property! Exceptional location!」

「アパルタメントなので、ホテルではありません。 前日にメールで「受付がないので、何人で何時にくるか」の問い合わせと待ち合わせ場所の連絡があり、当日の朝に、そのメールを見て返信したのですが、電車が遅れて遅延したので、途中Wifiに繋げることができ、到着時間の変更連絡ができて問題なかったのですが、通信手段がなかったら、ちょっと焦りました。 閑散期なので、Bellagio自体に観光客が少なく、アップグレードしてくれました。一人だったのですが２つのBed Room、ダイニング、台所ととっても広く、どこをどう使うか悩むぐらいでした。部屋もシンプルで広くてとってもステキでした！家族4人ぐらいでも問題ないと思います。」

「Monica and Paolo were amazing, they are great communicators and their place was spotless and modern, exactly like the pics. We stayed in 5 different places during our vacation in Italy, their’s was the best out of all of them. They sent us a list of recommended restaurants in the area, they also came to pick us up from the ferry, to drop off our luggage in the apartment before the check in time while it was being cleaned, and took us back to the ferry when they knew we wanted to explore Varenna...

「Very roomy and bright apartment. Corner with views in 3 directions. Good options for parking (free!) close by. Not far to places to eat or swim. Smaller less busy place is better for us than the main villages. Dishwasher and washing machine!」

「The apartment was clean, comfortable & well equiped. Machno kindly got in some groceries for when we arrived. It is a great location...quiet, safe & good bus connections. Plenty of free parking close by. Recommend.」

「I cannot say enough about Roberta, the apartment and the location! First, Roberta was such a kind and thoughtful host. In the weeks leading up to our arrival she touched base with me to see if I had any questions or if she could help with anything. I had asked about storing luggage should we arrive early; Roberta said absolutely no issue. She ended up being there to greet us and provide us with the grand tour of the beautiful apartment. 「Beautiful view. It has a .6 mile walk down cobble stone steps to the ferry. So be prepared to walk. But very doable and worth it! Loved our stay! 」
