與其說是精品旅館，其實就是一般的民宿，名字會有誤導消費者的嫌疑。 距離市區約10分鐘車程，周遭非常荒涼，必須騎車到澎科大附近才會有店家，吃飯採購不便。 入住的時候，可能忙著下班了，也沒有簡略介紹公共空間，鑰匙給了，講了房間就離開。
