部屋は改装されていて綺麗で快適でしたが、ちょっと狭かったです。立地としては少し駅から離れているので不便でしたが、お値段が安かったのでコスパはいいと思います。

アトーチャ駅からも徒歩圏内、メトロも近いホテル前にはプラド美術館ホテル前のLa Platería Bar Restauranteも良かったですただアメニティ（ハブラシ・剃刀等）が少なかったのが残念でした

I stayed at superior room called "Be Pink" room. It was not so large room but it was enough and comfortable for me.

本来、便利で清潔なホテルだが・・・・・

部屋のコーヒーメーカーが整備不良で、窓が壊れていた（窓枠自体が割れていた）。交渉した結果、部屋を換えてもらったが、気の弱い人では押し切られた可能性もある対応であった。窓が初めから開いていたが、窓が開いているか否かは前に泊まっていた客次第であり、新規客の宿泊前に毎回窓のチェックをしている訳ではないという説明であった。また、宿泊した９月１１日には、ホテル前の通り（プラド通り Paseo del Prado）で自転車のロードレースが行われており、タクシーを含め自動車は通れず、徒歩でスーツケースを運ぶことになった。外気温は３８度で相当辛かった。事前にロードレースのため車でホテルに近づけないことを伝えて欲しかった。本来、送迎ありとのことであったが、どのように送迎を頼むのか、まったく知らされず、有料のタクシーを呼べるだけであり、本ホテルではタクシーを呼ぶことが送迎ありなのかといぶからざるを得なかった。プラド美術館は真向かいであるが、ロードレースのため徒歩で遠回りすることとなった。　部屋は清潔で、国際放送、フリーのネットなど揃っており、その点では問題はなかった。プラド美術館の最寄であり、２４時間営業のレストランが隣にあり（ホテル外のです）、味も良く、サービス（英語込み）・愛想共に行き届いていた。

快適！

ベッドの寝心地が良く、バスルームは清潔でハンドシャワーが有り、タオルはしっかり水分を吸収してくれるしっかりしたもので、快適な滞在でした。コーヒーメーカーはデロンギのネスプレッソで、デカフェのカプセルも置かれてあり嬉しかったです。強いて言うならば、4階でしたが窓からの景色が無い（壁だった）部屋にあたったのが唯一残念でしたが、大部分は観光に出かけていたのでそこまで気にはなりませんでした。

マドリード観光の拠点

場所は、プラド美術館からすぐといったところで、マドリード観光の拠点としては最高です。部屋は清潔で、周囲の騒音も気にならず、快適でありました。朝食のビュッフェ(特にその場で作ってくれるオムレツ)も美味しく、十分でありました。また宿泊したいと思います。

アメニティは素晴らしい

朝食はまあまあ良かった。部屋はまだ新しいので綺麗。部屋に用意されているアメニティは素晴らしい。ティーサーバー、エスプレッソメーカー、コットンスリッパなどがあったため部屋の中でゆっくり快適に過ごせた。無線LANも高速で快適だった。他方、禁煙ルームをリクエストし、フロントでも確認したのに、煙草臭い喫煙室に通されたのは不満だった。フロントにクレームして完全禁煙室に変更してもらったので最終的には満足だったが、変更の際、嫌そうな顔をされたので残念だった。煙草臭に耐えられない客もいるということにもっと理解を示してもらえたら良かった。

スタッフは皆感じが良く英語が通じ、快適な滞在でした。部屋はスタンダードルームで申し込みましたが、アップグレードしてくれました。強いて難を言えば、バスタブのないこと、プラド美術館等に近い分、駅からやや遠いこと（徒歩約１０分）位でしょうか。周辺は夜間でも人通りがあり、治安面は問題ないと思います。

The hotel was clean, it was quiet despite being in a really central area. Good selection at breakfast and the location was perfect. It was right in the art district close to the art museums and metro links to other parts of the city. The only slight down side was you couldn't use any of the Spa facilities without paying extra, not even the sauna which was a bit disappointing and different to other Radison Blu hotels I've stayed in. Also the modern decor of the room is great but makes it a little dark and we had a frosted window that we couldn't open enough to see outside so no natural light in the room. Would definitely stay again if going back to Madrid though

Radisson Blu Madrid is very well located to museums, shops and restaurants as well as the train station. On the positive side, rooms although small are well appointed; breakfast is excellent including many healthy options. On the negative side, there is limited sitting space outside the restaurant; common areas could be cleaner and better kept as well as bathrooms and elevators; one of the elevators malfunctioned at least on two separate days and we had no hot water over a period of 10-12 hours; I used the stairs on a daily basis and found that carpeting was never vacuumed over a week and half period. I would recommend more attention to cleanliness of these spaces on an ongoing basis.

This is a lovely traditional hotel located in an ideal location to explore the museums in the area. The room was good with a small balcony. Breakfast was excellent especially the scrambled eggs and cappuccinos. Laundry was very quick! The open air restaurants across the street were great for a meal or drinks.

Our experience at the Radisson Blu hotel was absolutely incredible! Arriving early for check-in, we were met with the most wonderful surprise thanks to Francisco's exceptional service. He not only checked us in well before the official time but also treated us to an incredible room upgrade. This early check-in truly transformed our stay in Madrid into something delightfully pleasant. It left us feeling completely refreshed, allowing us to eagerly embark on an evening of city exploration. I can't recommend this hotel enough! The top-notch rooms and the genuinely friendly staff added an extra layer of joy to our journey. Huge thanks to Francisco and the entire team for making our time there so fantastic!

Schönes design, sauber und zentrale Lage

Freundliches Personal und zentrale Lage neben einem großen Park. Sehr sauberes Zimmer und Bad, schönes Design. Achtung: Die zum Hof gelegenen Zimmer haben sehr kleine Fenster mit verschwommenem Glas, so dass man den Eindruck hat, als gäbe es tatsächlich kein Fenster (es ist aber ruhig!) ;)

Very well designed facilities - comfortable beds and bedding - good quality - great shower!! Staff friendly and helpful - liked availability of water, apples, cookies in reception - water in the room - great hotel - we would recommend highly !!

Wonderful hotel! Close to Prado and hop on hop off bus. Amenities were outstanding. Rooms were clean and roomy. The breakfast included with stay was fantastic. Would stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Good hotel close to Prado

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Radisson Blu Prado and if we go to Madrid again we intend to stay here again. It’s a smart, relaxed, friendly, quiet hotel close to the Prado museum. There are some excellent value local restaurants and it’s easy to get to from the airport using the metro.
