In addition to providing you with exceptional accommodations, we also provide additional services to enhance your experience with us. Our shuttle service3 will arrange your transfers to and from the airport, three stations or any other location you need. We will make sure you arrive at your destination comfortably and on time, without having to worry about transportation logistics.

Our team will be happy to assist you with managing reservations at the restaurants of your choice. Based on your preferences and local recommendations, we can make sure you have a table reserved at the most popular and exclusive places in the area. Whether you want to try the local cuisine or experiment with a variety of international flavors, we will ensure that your dining experience is the best.
SPACE:
The apartment is distributed in a spacious living-dining room, with two exterior balconies, kitchen connected to the living room, fully equipped, and separate bathroom. It includes air conditioning and heating.

The master bedroom includes a double bed, en suite bathroom and 47' TV. The second bedroom includes two beds and dressing room with plenty of storage space.

The accommodation is located on the fourth floor exterior, with elevator, and close to many stores and monuments of cultural interest.
SERVICES:
Our check in hours are flexible (subject to availability) from 9 am to 10 pm, although you have the possibility of early/late check in with an additional supplement:10 pm - 12 am supplement of 20€.12 am - 5 am supplement of 30€ and will be increased by 10€/hour.5 am - 9 am supplement of 40€.

Our check out time is 11 am. We offer late check out (subject to availability) with a supplement of 10€/hour maximum until 15 pm. In case you need to check out later than 3 pm you will have to book an additional night.

We have concierge service, in case you need transfers before and during your stay, management of reservations in restaurants, clubs, cultural and recreational events.
ENVIRONMENT:
The neighborhood of Chueca-Justicia belongs to the central area of Madrid, between the neighborhood of Malasaña and Salamanca.It stands out for its gastronomic and leisure offer and for its strategic location with a multitude of places of interest.

Fantastic Chueca Property

The location was perfect! In lovely Chueca next to a great market with a rooftop restaurant. The property itself was super clean and beautiful. The property managers made everything very easy / were very accommodating. LOVED this spot!

Great place to stay

Had a wonderful time in Madrid, the apartment was in an excellent position within walking distance of the local attractions, restaurants and bars. The metro was very close by 2 mins walk away. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and spacious. Would definanitly recommend to anyone.

Great location and big space

The location was great. Very close to things. Easy to walk places or hop on the metro. Also a very large living space. It was perfect for our family. I wish I would have known about the late check in fee but that is for most places in Spain it seems like.

Nice apartment

Just a few steps from Mercado San Anton, the apartment is very well located*. The metro station Chueca is one block away and there are many coffees and restaurants around. The apartment is well equipped. It has central a/a. Beds are huge and comfy. The washer machine works well. The communication with Jonathan was great. The check in process is “in person”. It works well for us Just be aware that it could be a little noisy at night. *The neighborhood, Chueca, is frequented by the LGBTQ.

Loved this apartment and location!

This place is so nice it makes my current VRBO in another city feel frumpy. The space is beautiful!!! The neighborhood is amazing. I would stay again in a heart beat. I loved being on the upper floor and opening windows. Just gorgeous. If you are sensitive to street noise you may want to choose another. Didn’t bother me at all but I could think of people who would not be into that, For me the location and space was too perfect and I’d go again.

Fantastic apartment in a great location.

This very large, modern apartment was just fabulous. A block away from the Chueca Metro stop and with a full service supermarket next door it can't be beat. My only nag is that there was no spatula in the kitchen so frying eggs was impossible.

This property has absolutely everything you need to have an amazing and comfortable time while visiting Madrid. It is located within walking distance of most tourist attractions. The apartment is VERY spacious and clean. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The host was easy to communicate with and a pleasure to work with. Definitely staying here again.

Great location for shopping,restaurants,nightlife

Very attractive apartment in a hip area with lots happening at all hours. The Mercado San Anton is right outside your door as well as perhaps one of the most popular meeting spots for all night revelers. Our June weather was beautiful so having the many French doors open at night rather than air conditioning would have been wonderful however the noise is deafening. That being said, it is a lovely apartment and fun area to explore. It’s an easy walk to the Prado and Retiro.
